Is Awaking Beauty available on CD / streaming?
Although the musical Awaking Beauty was recorded at the Stephen Joseph Theatre, this was never released commercially and was intended purely for internal use during the production. Given the rudimentary nature of the recording, the need to secure rights of everyone involved, payments and the limited interest in the piece, it is unlikely Awaking Beauty will ever be released commercially.

Is Awaking Beauty suitable for young audience / performers?
Awaking Beauty is the only Alan Ayckbourn work which carries an audience disclaimer that it is not suitable for young children. The mature themes - particularly sexual - of the musical make it unsuitable for pre-teen audiences and it would certainly not be suitable for performances by anything earlier than university age.
